has embarked on a new technological venture to maintain and
upgrade its communication between customers and WallStreet*E
reps through our new Click to Talk feature and Virtual Extension
Dialing.

Customers
logged in to their account wishing to speak with a WallstreetE
trader regarding a trade, or a customer service representative
regarding their account simply clicks on our new “click
to talk” button that will automatically create
a call to the customer’s phone and another simultaneously
the trader or customer service reps phone and instantly connect
the two parties. When the customer and the Wallstreet*E representative
have both been contacted by the “click to talk”
system, their call is connected and the customer can make
his queries with the Wallstreet*E trader or representative.
Virtual
Extension Dialing
Frequent
Traders have access to our exclusive Virtual Extension
Dialing, where traders can call Wallstreet*E traders
and reps with a 3-digit extension number. There is no cost
for the service to the Frequent Trader to make these calls.
Additionally this can serve as a second phone line whereby
the customer will have their own phone number of their own
choice or can even port over their existing phone number and
will be able to make calls to anywhere in the continental
United States for free and international calling at reduced
rates.
