    What securities can I trade with WallStreet*E?

    You can trade listed stocks, unlisted stocks, options, mutual funds, bonds, and GNMA's.

    How do I open an Account?

    There are four ways to request an Application form:

    1. You may fill out an on-line application form .

    2. You may submit your name and address by e-mail to :

    3. You may submit your name and address and we will send all
    the necessary applications by regular mail.

    How do I deposit cash into my Account?

    When depositing checks into your account, be sure to write your WallStreet*E account number on your check. Please note WallStreet*E does not accept money orders, cashier's checks under $10,000, third party checks, corporate checks in documentation, credit/charge cards and their associated checks, or any checks drawn from WallStreet*E checking accounts. Make checks payable to WallStreet Electronica.

    You can make deposits into your account by sending a check via U.S.Mail, certified mail, or overnight mail. Funds deposited by check will be restricted for 7 working days after receipt of he check (10 business days for accounts opened less than 30 days.)

    How do I deposit security certificates into my Account?

    1. Print your WallStreet*E account number in the upper right-hand corner on the front and back of each certificate.

    2. Date and sign the back of each certificate(s).

    3. Use overnight mail or certified mail to mail your certificate(s).

    How long does it take to transfer an existing account to WallStreet*E?

    If you wire transfer cash from an already existing account the transfer usually takes 1 business day. If you deposit a check,the clearing and approval takes up to 10 business days. Security transfers may take up to 14 business days.

    Is the WallStreet*E Account like a regular bank account?

    WallStreet*E offers the "ALL IN ONE" bank account. With a minimum deposit of $5,000.00 this account is available for individual accounts, joint accounts, and corporate accounts. With a user name and password you have access to your account transactions (debits, credits, changes, securities purchased and sold, etc.) 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All non invested funds/ cash balance in your account, automatically earn interest (currently 4.625 %).You also have the options to have your money swept into a Money Market Portfolios.

    How secure is my Account?

    Accounts you open in addition to the funds you deposit at WallStreet*E remain exclusively in your name under the custody of U.S. Clearing., one of the largest companies in the U.S. offering custody of financial services and clearing to financial institutions such as ours, with daily trading activity equaling approximately 6% - 8% of NASDAQ's total daily share volume.

    What is the difference between a cash and margin account?

    With a margin account, you do not need one hundred percent of the purchase price deposited in your account in order to purchase a stock. Stock that you already own can be used as collateral to purchase additional stock or even for a personal loan. In a cash account you can only purchase securities with cash from your account at the full purchase price.

    How do I follow a trade I've just placed?

    You can follow the status of an order in the order status menu. Once you place an order the status becomes order being verified. Thereafter it changes to order being processed. Once the order is executed the status changes to Executed. If the status of any order placed during market hours remains order being verified for more than 10 minutes, please call our trading desk at 1-888-925-5783. For orders placed after market hours the status will remain order being verified until the market opens.

    Do I earn interest on my Account?

    Yes, all your idle cash is "spread" into one of three types of money market accounts.
