Orders Status
Order Status contains the status of your intraday orders. Once you place an order the status becomes order being verified. Thereafter it changes to order being processed. Once the order is executed the status changes to Executed. If the status of any order placed during market hours remains order being verified for more than 10 minutes, please call our trading desk at 1-888-925-5783. For orders placed after market hours the status will remain order being verified until the market opens.
  • Account Number
    Lists the account number of the trade.
  • ID
    Identification number used for that trade.
  • Buy or Sell
    B=Buy and S=Sell
  • Symbol
    This filed lists a symbol that is used to identify a security.
  • Quantity
    The quantity associated with the transaction.
  • Time In Force
    DAY - good for the day. The order will be canceled at the end of the day. GTC - Good until order is canceled or changed. OPG - Order will be executed at the next day's opening. -
  • Limit/Market/Stop
    Lists whether order is a Limit, Market or Stop. Limit - To buy or sell the stated amount of a security at a specified price or a better price. Market - For a buy or sell order this means the order should be processed at the current market price. Stop - To buy at a price above or sell at a price below the currant market.
  • Price
    Price security was purchased at.
  • Order State
    Displays whether the order is already processed or not.
  • Cancel
    You can use this field to cancel an order which is being processed. For orders that are being canceled the status changes to order being canceled. This however does not indicate that the order has been canceled. Once the order has been successfully canceled, the order changes to order canceled successfully. If the status of any order being canceled during market hours remains order being canceled for more than 10 minutes, please call our trading desk at 1-888-925-5783. For orders canceled after market hours the status will remain order being canceled until the market opens.
  • Change
    You can use this field to change an order which is being processed. For orders that are being changed the status changes to attempt for change. This however does not indicate that the order has been changed. Once the order has been successfully changed, the order changes to order changed successfully. If the status of any order being canceled during market hours remains attempt for change for more than 10 minutes, please call our trading desk at 1-888-925-5783. For orders canceled after market hours the status will remain attempt for change until the market opens.
