You can participate in statement "Householding"
by completing an "Authorization to Household
Brokerage Accounts."
Follow these simple steps to ensure that your authorization
is processed accurately:
1.Obtain a list of all of your related accounts;
make certain you have the complete 10-digit brokerage
account number for each account.
2.Determine which of your related accounts will
be designated the "Master" account. All
of the accounts in your "household" will
be linked to this account for statement mailing
purposes.
3.Make certain that each separate account owner
signs the "Authorization to Household
Brokerage Accounts."
4.Mail the original document to your investment
representative and keep a
copy for your records.
